Meet 1 details - Updated

You don't have to go to the office to get the pass. They are now using the E-Hall Pass which you will receive via e-mail. In your last hour class, present your E-Hall Pass to your teacher then leave the room at 2:55. Go to your locker and get whatever you need (you need a pencil or two). Meet Mr. or Mrs. Heinemann at the door that leads to the buses. (Heritage - meet at the pool doors.)
They will take attendance and accompany you to the bus.
At the meet follow the instruction carefully. Make sure you put you name and school on your individual test. On the team test, put school and color. If you are an alternate, gather in groups of 5, 6 or 7 and claim a color (blue, green, orange or purple) and write school and color on your test.
Results will be known at the meet. They are immediately available at the league website (link from my blog) and will be on my blog later in the evening. Pickup time for parents is 5:20 at both schools.

PARENTS

Is there anyone out there interested in organizing an easy fund-raiser for money to get MATH TEAM T-shirts to wear on Meet Days. There are several restaurants in the area willing to contribute a % of the proceeds if customers mention the MATH TEAM. I can get you the details.

There has been a small change to the schedule. Due to the large turnout, each school will have its own bus, which means that in some cases you'll be arriving home earlier than previously scheduled.
