Math Team 2012 News

OK, we're set to go. Math teams will meet for our first practice on Monday, Sept 17.

Friendly Hills will practice 7:30-8:25 a.m. in room Blue 146
Heritage will practice 3:15-4:15 p.m. in room Blue 122

Forms are now available in the office to sign up. (You must have parental permission to ride the bus.)
Make sure you save the bottom half which has the detailed schedule and websites you will need.

Topics at Meet 1 will be:

Fractions and decimal
Prime and composite numbers, LCM, LCD, GCF
Divisibility Rules (2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10)
Metric system, English system
Operations with integers and fractional numbers
Converting written statements to algebraic statements
